I deliver in extra large mason jars to every new mom I know (with some fresh flowers). It’s hearty and tasty, and you can throw in a variety of veggies - I always deliver it with washed, organic cilantro and limes.
It’s got all the goods: protein for tissue repair, broth for hydration and electrolyte balance, it’s rich in vitamins and minerals - carrots, celery, and potatoes add vitamins A and C, as well as minerals like iron and magnesium, supporting immune function and energy levels, and digestive support promoting better nutrient absorption and ultimately comfort.
