Recently, I felt called to bring more structure—and more intention—to everything LFG offers, so you can get even more value from every piece of content we create.
Here’s what’s changing (and why I’m so excited about it):
1. Weekly Wellness Guides
Every Wednesday, we will release a guide focused on one key wellness theme—like non-toxic skincare, skin-healing grocery lists, better-for-you baking, or detoxing your home.
These guides are fully researched, implementation-ready, and designed to help you make lasting changes to your daily routines, habits, and choices.
✨ New: On the last Wednesday of each month, we’ll release a Wellness Guide Deep Dive—a paid, downloadable resource packed with everything you need to take meaningful action on a specific wellness topic.
Guides will include:
Easy-to-digest education
Product recommendations & better-for-you swaps
Daily habits and implementation tips
Grocery lists + practical routines
These guides are the heart of LFG—your blueprint for reshaping your everyday habits and building a lifestyle that supports how you want to feel.

2. Monthly LFG Reset (Free Sunday Wellness Newsletter)
Instead of weekly emails, you’ll now receive the LFG Reset on the first Sunday of every month—a more personal note from me sharing:

A sneak peek at the month’s upcoming Wellness Guides
Think of it as a monthly check-in to help you reset and refocus.
3. Daily Wellness Tips on Substack Notes
I’ll be sharing bite-sized wellness tips, mindset shifts, product recs, and simple habit suggestions daily on Substack Notes. Follow along for everyday inspo and real-time wellness guidance.
