Getting Back Into My Morning Routine ☀️
I’ve been traveling a bit lately, and it’s definitely thrown off my daily rhythm. I’m someone who thrives with a consistent morning routine—it grounds me, boosts my mood, and helps me start the day feeling clear, calm, and energized.
This post is a little reset—for me, and maybe for you too. I’m sharing the routine that helps me feel my best, in hopes it inspires you to create (or get back to) a morning rhythm that supports you.
It’s not always perfect (because, life), but when I follow it, I notice a huge shift in my energy, mindset, and flow for the day ahead.

My Morning Routine 🌞
☀️ WAKE UP – 6:45 AM
Brush teeth - here’s the clean toothpaste I love for extra whitening, their whitening also work CRAZY well!
Chug a big glass of lemon water with trace minerals for extra hydration 🍋 - love these big glasses & straws!
Ice roll my face - depuffs & wakes me up
Make my bed
Make my coffee - fav organic cold brew, nut milk & add cinnamon
Pop on a face mask - current clean fave - makes your skin feel SO soft
🧘♀️ MEDITATE – 7:15 AM
10 minutes of quiet, mindful meditation
Followed by 10 minutes of journaling (brain dump, gratitude, intentions)
Add to my “Favorites List” a monthly list of all the things that make me happy. From a specific workout, time with a friend to my current fav snack. These are so fun to read back on and also doubles as a list of mood boosting actives to pull from when you need a boost.
👟 GYM – 7:45 AM
Lately, I’ve been loving a mix of weights, HIIT, Pilates, and walking. I aim to walk between 10–15K steps a day—most days it’s around 12K. My current workout schedule looks like this…
Monday - Weights
Tuesday - HIIT
Wednesday - Weights
Thursday - HIIT
Friday - Pilates
Saturday - HIIT
Sunday - Off 😊
😊 SKINCARE – 8:50 AM
My current spring clean morning skincare routine 🌷
Cleanser been using this for years - it’s a great makeup remover too!
Exfoliator probably my favorite skincare product. It gives you a GLOW and feels sooo good
Oil makes your skin look bright & like you have a bit of color. Great for inflamed & irritated skin
Gua sha - that is the one I have but here is one for $3 that I’m sure works just as well
Moisturizer so cheap and so good. I have a lot of pricier products but I always reach for this one
Self Tanner gives you the most natural glow, no breakouts, no orange and non-toxic - this is another product I can’t live without!
Sunscreen lightweight & glowy. I use it everyday
Eye cream feels so good to put on & deeply hydrates your under eyes
🍳 BREAKFAST – 9:00 AM
I usually have leftovers from dinner, eggs and sweet potatoes or granola. Here are a few healthy & nourishing breakfast ideas!

📚 READ – 9:15 AM
I like to spend 15–20 minutes reading before jumping into my workday. It helps me feel calm, centered, and ease into the day with intention. Sometimes it’s the news, other times it’s a wellness article, and often, it’s a book.
I read multiple books at once (like… five 😂). I love switching things up depending on my mood. Here’s what’s currently on my nightstand:
