👩🍳 What we’re cooking:
😍 What we’re loving:
Seven Sunday’s Sunflower Cereal - tastes like Cocoa Puffs but better-for-you!
Shopping at local farms! Check out Iron Ox Farm & Walden Local if you live in MA!
LolaVie Restorative Shampoo & Conditioner - one of the best clean shampoo + conditioner duos I’ve tried. I have thick hair, and this stuff actually works—leaves it soft, clean, and manageable.
ALPYN Willow & Sweet Agave Plumping Lip Mask with Hyaluronic Acid - I’ve tried a lot of clean lip balms and this one delivers. It’s super hydrating, non-sticky, and actually lasts. Goes with me everywhere.

👟What we’re focusing on in our wellness journey:
This month, we’re focusing on one of the most powerful wellness tools we have: moving our bodies.
Whether it’s walking, strength training, running, yoga, hiking, swimming, or dancing in your kitchen, movement is one of the single most impactful things you can do to feel better today and protect your health long-term.
Regular physical activity can significantly lower your risk of major chronic conditions like high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and even cancer.
In fact, studies show that physically active people have a 30–35% lower risk of all-cause mortality compared to those who are inactive.
There isn’t a part of your body, or mind, that doesn’t benefit from movement.
If the benefits of exercise could be packaged into a pill, it would be a billion-dollar drug.
So here’s our challenge for July:
Can you move your body every day this month?
Whether it’s a walk, a hike, a swim, a HIIT workout, Pilates session, or a quick 20-minute at-home circuit, every bit counts!
Let’s feel good, together. 💪
